Difference between winchester and venice

Can someone please explain the difference between a AMD 64 3200 Venice and an AMD 64 3200 Winchester?

Thanks

Other than venice is simply newer, just SSE3 instructions really, not that that will make all that much difference. Usually newer chips run cooler/faster, thats what really matters.

The Venice core uses newer memory processes, SSE3, lower power usage. It will be faster and cooler than the Winchester, but not enough to upgrade over...

I can get a winchester 3200 for 160 dollars compared to a venice for 210.....is the extra cash worth the diff?

Probably not, unless you are planning to overclock...and even then...
