Difference between Win2k server and Pro

Server has support for up to 4 processors, advanced server up to 8 I believe. There are also more administrative tools included, however pro is ideal for office/power use.

Win 2k server is slower because it has more services running in the background. If you have only 2-3 comps in your network it doesn't really make sense to use Win2k server.
