Difference between Visual Studio .NET 2003 upgrade versions?

There seem to be Enterprise Architect and Enterprise Developer. Will the $29 version (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0000968Q6/qid=1067473947/sr=2-1/ref=sr_2_1/102-9786897-7824133) suffice to upgrade my Visual Studio .NET 2002 to 2003?

Sure, if you dont need the additional things the more expensive versions come with.

The second one require you to have 2002 version. The first one, you can upgrade from any of these

Yowza, I had no idea I had a piece of $2500 software on my machine. I have a VB class this semester and since I do my homework here at work, I just installed the VS we have.
