Difference between two 431w Enermax PSU's?

over @ directron.com they have two 431w Enermax PSU's... here they are:

1. Enermax Whisper 431W EG465P-VE(FC) Switching Computer Power Supply

2. Enermax EG465P-VE 431W Switching Computer Power Supply

They both are two different price (the whisper being ~$5 more). ANyway, I am trying to figure out what the difference is between them and if one is better than the other...

The difference is the (FC) which stands for "Fan Control". This one lets you control the fans and have them shut off when not needed. That is the only difference AFAIK.
 
I just bought the enermax 465 without the fan countrol. I like it a lot. I opted not to get fan control because I dont think I would ever use it. Id rather keep my system as cool as possible all the time. I dont mind the noise ( I bought a coolermaster case with 4 fans, so the power supply noise isn't going to make much difference).

its a great supply though. The 2 fans in it really make a difference i think.
