Terminal Services is found in Windows NT/2k/2k3 Servers - usually the best solution since it is highly configurable and does heavy encryption. Remote Desktop is integrated with Netmeeting in Win9x systems and is a very poor solution for a remote management system since it's extrememly flakey and unsecure. Remote Desktop in Windows XP is basically a watered-down port of Terminal Services of Windows Server definitely better than the NetMeeting version of "Remote Desktop". PCAnywhere shouldn't be used since it costs $$$ and probably doesn't work as seamlesssly as Remote Desktop in XP or Terminal Services.
