Difference between Trinitron and FD Trinitron?

Is there any difference between a Trinitron and FD Trinitron monitor? I love my KDS AV-7T (17", discontinued) and am buying the KDS AV-7TF and giving the AV-7T to my parents. I'm just wondering if there will be any difference between the two. The only thing I noticed different in the specs is that it is 16.0" viewable instead of 15.8" and the aperature grille is 0.24 mm instead of 0.25 mm.

Thanks

The FD Trinitron is perfectly flat, providing better picture, the regular Trinitron is just vertically flat (I think it is vertically)

Hmm...well then, my monitor is just a plain old Trinitron I guess... But hey, my TV is an FD Trinitron! Hooray.

Oh I think I see. the AV-7T is an older KDS monitor while the AV-7TF is their most recent FD Trinitron. Well in that case both of the tubes are made by Sony except the AV-7T is using an older tube and not perfectly flat as GadgetGuy stated. FD Trinitron is just Sony's name for their tubes right now. And since it is newer, you can see the FD Trinitron monitor (AV-7TF) has slightly higher specs than the older trinitron monitor (KDS AV-7T).
