Difference between these two video cards?

What is the difference between these two video cards? Is the VIVO the only thing that's different? If so, what exactly does VIVO do?? They both seem to have S-Video ports (I think that's what they're called...) so what is the difference? Thanks

VIVO=Video In Video Out so the one card can capture video and the other can only output video

ah ok, then I don't need that... I have a TV Tuner card that can do that. Is that the only difference between the cards? I can't seem to find anything else...
