Difference between these two E-ips monitors?

These are some of the best monitor's I've seen in a long time. I would like to jump to two E-ips panels.

Looking at these right now:

Does anyone know the difference between the two or can point to a review?

If I can't find a decent review, I'll probably get this instead.

Just looking over the specs on newegg:

Stand Adj. - Height, Pivot, Swivel, Tilt
HDMI - None

E2370V-BF
14ms
Stand Adj. - Tilt
HDMI - Yes, 2x

Odds are they use the same panel even though the response time is different. The BN is probably aimed at business computing(lack of HDMI, multi-action stand) and the BF more toward home. Again these are just guesses on my part.
