Difference between these Quad Core Xeon Processors

Hi, could someone please advise on what is the difference between the following Dell Processors.


Dell Part#: 311-8213: $295.99

I am looing to purchase another processor for my Dell Poweredge 2900III Server. It currently has a E5420 installed Processor Part# U311G.

Can someone please advise. Thanks for your help.

Two are listed as E5420 Xeons and one is listed as an E5430 model Xeon.

Dell obviously has screwy product information. Are you sure you want to buy from them?
