Difference between these Epox kt333 boards?

EP-8K3AE (Different sound controller than "A", and smaller")
EP-8K5A2 (USB 2.0)


Those are the only differences I see between them...yet the 5A2 costs about 35-50.00 CDN more than the "A"

are there big performance differences between any of these boards?
