Difference between these 2 Drives...

I am looking to purchase a pair of HDD's for a RAID0 setup. I like my current Hitachi PATA, so I'll probably stick with Hitachi because they're cheap.

I stumbled upon this drive:

Hitachi Sata II

and this drive:

Hitachi Sata I

Shouldn't the Sata II be faster than the Sata I in seek times (8.8 vs 8.5)? Or am I missing something?
I'm looking at the Sata II because these boards mentioned that Hitachi Sata I drives aren't native Sata drives, and the price difference is very little.

Which do you recommend?

sata ii has NCQ and it says it increases performance although most tests prove otherwise.

Nothing to it, go with SATAII.
