Difference between these 2 360's?

Shopping for a new 360, and I see these 2 on Newegg.

I don't notice any difference between the 2, is there any reason NOT to get the holiday bundle? The systems are the exact same, right? Just asking for an extra eye in case I'm missing something.

I'd get the holiday bundle and dump the games if you don't want them.
