Difference between the 7800GT's

I am looking at the three eVGA cards. The one on the top left has faster speeds so, but the other two don't appear to have any difference? Also, is the top left one the CO edition? What's special about the CO edition? Thanks.

While I'm at it, how does my potential system look?

Athlon 64 3200+ Venice
XP90 w/ Zalman 92mm adjustable fan
DFI Lanparty UT nf4 Ultra-d
Corsair Valueselect 2x1GB
eVGA 7800GT
Samsung Spinpoint P Series 160GB Sata3.0GB/s
Cooler Master Centurion 5
FSP Group (Fortron Source) 450W
Lite-On CD-RW/DVD-ROM

Edit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16814130256 I was looking around and I found another version, this one without COD2, that confirms it has the copper heatsink. Should i go with this one since I don't care about getting COD2?

CO editions have better cooling.

There are a total of four, two without CO, two with. One of them is higher clocked, the other is lower.

Why not spend a little more on the processor?

Well the fact is I barely have enough for the described system as it is. I am only 13, and money is hard to come by. The money I've saved for this system has all been hard earned by me, but I am no longer able to mow lawns, so my main source of income is gone. I may be able to spring for the 3500+ by Christmas, but nothing more. Anyway, which is the cheapest one with CO? Without?
