Difference between stock 6600 and 6200 modded to 6600?

I was wondering if there was any difference at all between a regular 6600 and a 6200 softmodded into a 6600. There is a difference of $5 between these two cards, so I was wondering if I should just go with the stock 6600. I heard that the 6200 OC's better, but I am not sure of it.

go with 6600. safer and saves u some work.
