Difference between Samsung 955df and 950p

In all honesty, does anyone know the difference? I have the Samsung 955df and it's wonderful. But the 950p is sometimes cheaper from a few places I saw. Can anyone shed some light on this?
 
These two monitors have been compared in detail here several times -- to which I have contributed long technical comparisons since I have, and like, both monitors. The 955DF is flat screen with higher resolution. For looking at text all day as I do it is much better. The 950p has a curved front -- not bad, just normal for non-flat screens -- a higher refresh rate and noticibly crisper and sharper colors. A pure white screen is paper white on the 950p and a white off toward gray on the 955DF. I choose to work all day at the 955DF because of the flat screen and the superb resolution. If only it had the color rendition of the 950p and the higher refresh rate it would be a 10. As it is it is a 9 -- in my book.
