Difference between regular Audigy 2 vs Audigy 2 ZS?

You obviously didn't read hard enough. Neither of those are the ZS. The ZS is about $90. The answer to your question is one is OEM and one is not
 
Probably better signal to noise ratio things like that. Tough to tell for sure because they only say the good things.
 
The regular Audigy 2 has 6.1 channel support. The Audigy 2 ZS series has 7.1 support and is able to decode Dolby Digital EX and DTS-ES signals (I don't know if the A2 can or not).
