Hello, please forgive my ignorance, but I have recently been offered to buy a bunch of great title dvd's at a really great price. they are new and sealed but are all region 0. I am reluctant to do this in light of them not being region 1.

The seller told me that the ONLY difference between region 1 and 0 is that 0 will play in any dvd player. Other than that, the movies are identicle. Is this true? Is there any other hidden things to watch for?

Thanks for the help whomever may respond...

:)
