According to a review I read quoting Ati specs the Radeon 7500 is about 60% faster that the Radeon 32Mb DDR.

The Radeon LE and Radeon 7500 are as different as night and day.

7500:
.15 micron manufacturing process (RV200 core)
clocked to 290/230
64mb of 4ns DDR memory
Officially made by ATi
HyperZ enabled by default

Radeon LE:
.18 micron manufacturing process (R100 core)
clocked to 148/148
32mb of 6ns DDR memory
made by Althon Micro
HyperZ disabled by default

There's also the Radeon 8500LE, which is possibly what you may be referring to (the 7500 costs much more than a Radeon LE, and is priced closer to the Radeon 8500LE). The 8500LE is a Radeon 8500, but de-clocked to 250/250 and running on slightly less voltage. It has the pixel shaders, truform, vertex shaders, and all the bells and whistles of the Radeon 8500 (complete Dx8.1 compliance in hardware).
