Difference between Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve

Premiere Pro is way too expensive to get legally, either I pay $240 a year or I pay $700 for an older version. I was exploring cheaper options like Lightroom, and then found out it wasn't much cheaper.

I then found Davinci Resolve (the free version) and am wondering what features Davinci resolve is lacking compared to Premiere Pro?
