Difference between pc1600 and pc2100?

Nothing really. PC1600 = PC100 DDR, while PC2100 = PC133 DDR.

The only real difference is that PC2100 is rated to run at 133MHz DDR, while PC1600 is only guaranteed to run at 100MHz DDR.

You should probably buy PC2100 RAM to give you more overclocking headroom.
