difference between OEM and Retail Hercules GTXP

IIRC, the only difference is the box. I *think* you get all the software.

I know that Newegg has the OEM version.

Newegg has them for $114 + $5 fedex VS $132 + $10 fedex for a Retail version. If the difference is only the box I don't see why I would want to pay $23 more. Can anybody who has the OEM version confirm the difference? Thanks

The only difference is the box. I bought the OEM version from Newegg last week.
