Difference between Northwood CPU model #'s?

Egghead has two different Northwood 3.06GHz HT 533FSB processors in their refurb section. They are different prices, and one of them is tagged "No RDRAM". They are models:

RK80532PE083512
BX80532PE3066D

What is the difference between these model #'s?
Any reason to choose one over the other, besides price?
Needs to work in a Soyo P4VGA motherboard.

Googling for specific discussions of these two model #'s hasn't turned up anything so far.

Thanks.

Probably just different batches. One may overclock better than the other, or is simply older, so the pricing may be different.

As far as i can tell, one is oem, so it is the cpu alone(no heatsink/fan), where the other one is retail which come with the heatsink and fan

Newegg tags all their refurb processors "oem, barebone". Are you saying I can expect the heatsink and fan for the refurb retail processor?
