I've been wondering this for a while now, so I'll just ask. What's the REAL difference between the nForce3 250Gb and the nForce3 Ultra (besides one having "Ultra" at the end :p )? I have always thought that the Ultra was the 250Gb just in Socket 939 flavor, while the 250Gb was for Socket 754. However, I have seen 939 boards with 250Gb chipsets, like THIS ONE, so that throws that out of the water. I know both have a hardware firewall, and SATA RAID, GB-E, and the such, so what is the difference?

Well, I thought it was a misprint as well, but its been like that for a few weeks now. That makes me think its not a misprint.

Just did a Google, and it seems NewEgg isn't the only one with this board, and they all say nForce3 250Gb. So, its definitely not a typo.

You're right, the difference is the CPU socket (and faster HT on the Ultra that doesn't really make much of a difference). They're basically the same thing.
