What is the difference going to be between the nforce3 150 and nforce3 250? Is the 250 worth the wait?

Particularly what is the difference, if any, going to be with SATA?

Yes it is worth the wait.

1. full HT speed
2. Sata support
3. MAYBE a AGP/PCI lock

Might be some others but those are what I am looking for.
