Difference between MT8VDDT3264AG-265B1 & MT16VDDT3264AG-265A1

I currently have 256mb of MT16VDDT3264AG-265A1 (from Crucial)

I'm looking at buying 256mb of MT8VDDT3264AG-265B1 (unknown)

Is there a difference between these two modules.

Here's the SDRAM & DDR SDRAM Module Numbering System from Micron. Looks like the only difference is the number of memory components aside from the different revisions between the two.
