Hello guys,

I have ordered new LG LG 27EA63V-P, But I have received a monitor which displays LG 27EA63 as model no.

I have searched the web and there are total 3 models LG 27EA63, LG 27EA63V and LG 27EA63V-P.

What is the exact difference between these monitor and have I received a wrong model??

As I see in my monitor details in windows its LG27EA63 and does not show the V-P extension.

Is there any way to check what the extensions mean?

Sometimes manufacturers will slightly modify a TV in the most subtle of ways that have no impact on the end user, but it justifies a different model number. Now, you can't claim a price match when purchasing (e.g. you are at Best Buy and Sears has an ad for the same TV for $50 cheaper). Since it's a different model, but really the same item, sellers can keep a bit more profit.
