Difference Between iPaq 1935 and 1940

The 1935 is about 75-100 dollars cheaper with the 50 dollar rebate that is being offered everywhere. The 1940 seems to be faster and have bluetooth. Is Bluetooth worth it? I don't even know what I can do with it and an iPaq. ALSO - What is the design/screen difference?
