Undergrad = no degree.
Grad = graduated w/ degree (BA, BS, Associates?) & working on an advanced degree (PhD, MBA, MFA, other Masters).

graduate school is usually rough for the 1st semester to 1st year and then it gets really routine and boring

and grad schools have free beer every week

Well it depends on which area you go into.

But generally grad school focus more on real world application, and it was more fun for me because I can see where the things professors tought can be used in the real world. And it is not hard to get good grade in grad school....I went to two different grad school (engineering and MBA) and did much better in both than my under.

There is beer and happy hours involved, but only in MBA...engineering/CS grad school are strickly for geeks!! So if you wanna get drunk every week, MBA is a good grad degree to get :)
