Difference between GF4MX 440 and GF4MX 440-SE?

Popped off the heatsink last night to clean out the retail goop and apply some AS2, and saw that the chip had "Geforce4 MX 440-SE" written on it. Nvidia's website wasn't very helpful.

Anybody know whats different between SE and non-SE Geforce4 MX 440 chips?

SE is special edition and usually uses a little bit better cooler and faster memory resulting a slightly faster video card which costs a little more.
