Difference between Gainward 650 XP Golden Sample and 650 XP?

On their site, two of the models for the Ti4200 are:

Gainward GeForce4 PowerPack! Ultra/650 XP Golden Sample
Gainward GeForce4 PowerPack! Ultra/650 XP

I can't seem to find the difference in spec between the two models. What's the difference between the Golden Sample and the "not Golden Sample"?
 
The Golden sample is a board which has passed a higher stress test than the standard board. The GS board includes a "performance" setting in the video properties and is guaranteed to run stable at this setting by Gainward.
 
golden samples generally clock a little higher. I've gotten 2 golden samples that were clocker higher by default than the standard version of the same card. you pay a little more for a "guaranteed" overclock.
