Difference between "coming" week and "next" week

When you guys say coming week on a sunday(4/25), i.e. today - it is implied that you mean Monday(4/26) to Sunday (5/2).

But when you guys say next week on sunday(3/25):

Does it mean Monday (4/26) to Sunday (5/2)

or does it mean Monday (5/3) to Sunday (5/9)

just curious.

If I said "coming week" today (sunday), I would mean mon-sun (4/26 - whatever)

what about next week? the same thing as PhasmatisNox said?

it means Monday (4/26) to Sunday (5/2)

man.. i have been trying to explain the same thing to my friend...
he insists that next week refers to the week after the coming week and i am like WTF

wtf indeed

There is "this week", "next week", and "the week after next"

coming week is useless and unecessary, but it means this week. Or This coming week. But the coming is redundant because we @#$ing know it's coming you assclown. Like I need you to tell me that FFS get a grip dammed illiterate mofos.

just kiddin 😉
