Difference between boards

I decided to get a Gigabyte motherboard.

Since I'll record audio, I need the computer as quiet as possible. I'm trying to decide between this motherboard:

The first doesn't have a chipset fan which is a great plus, but the question is if I'll miss anything important with it, since the second has more features. I don't need firewire, so that isn't an issue. I need to know if the second is better in any way other than extra stuff like two more SATA connectors, firewire, integrated LAN, etc. Some told me it is also a faster mobo but he wasn't very reliable.

I won't be playing any games or work with 3D at all.

I would actually get the GA-K8NXP-SLi, the K8NS has a lot of problems with it (especailly when it comes to memory)

He needs an AGP motherboard, because I'm assuming he already has the VGA card that he linked.

that's a good selection because it's a nice stable board and has passive northbridge cooling

If you were going AGP, then yep, I second the A8V Deluxe
