hI Lord ZipLoc,
Antec vs. Antec ??
First one has dual fans.
Other than that r mostly identical
I'd go for the first one.

Doesn't ATX 2.01 mean it has a 24pin connector instead of 20??

I'd go with the Neo Power. Thats a nice price....I remember when they first came out they were close to $140.

oops, I don't even know if that's the NEO or not. Sorry, foreget pretty much all that I just said.....getting ahead of myself here. I'd opt for the one with dual fans. Don't really know the difference between 2.0 and 2.01. I'll try to find out

The one with dual fans is louder though, since they're 80mm instead of 120mm...but then again, Seasonic s12 series is superior to both of them :)

i have the tpII 550 with the single 120mm fan and i'd get another in a minute. the rails are unbelievably strong. the smartpower lacks the feedback circuits that the tpII has so to me i'd get that.

S12 is also superior in its price.. IMO it's very overpriced.
