Difference between Asus P4GL-MX and P4GL-VM

I was planning to buy the Asus P4GL-VM but my distro ordered me the wrong board and ordered me the P4GL-MX and I couldn't figure out the difference and it was cheaper so I took it. But I still don't know the difference betwen the 2 boards. Doesn't really matter now, but just very curious. The P4GL-MX isn't listed on Asus' web site, but BIOS update are available for it.
