Difference between Antec 1080AMG and 1000AMG?

Building a computer on a budget, and every penny counts at this point (I'm over, so I need to cut costs somewhere!). I originally had a Praetorian picked out with an Antec 430W Tru430 PSU (case - $99, PSU - $75). However, budget comes into play. So I looked around and found a nice Antec case, the 1000AMG for $66.50. Looked like good savings! However, then I come across the 1080AMG at $115 and comes with the Antec 430W Tru430 PSU! Whoa! That's another $25 savings, plus it comes with 3 fans instead of the 2 on the 1000AMG. Figure another $5 savings there, so another $30. Down from Praetorian that's a ~$65 jump. Puts me back on budget!

HOWEVER, I just want to make sure on two things:
1) Is the case good? Although I'm on a budget, I don't want to sacrifice quality if I don't have to!
2) Other than the 1080AMG having one more fan, the Antec Tru430 PSU, and no side window, is there a difference between the two? There doesn't seem to be, but then again I don't know that much about cases.

Thanks for the help.

Here are links for the cases:

I'm using the Antec 1080AMG right now, nice case, good quiet PSU. Have 5 fans @ 5V, nice and quiet, keeps pretty cool.

I have used the 1080 case for several systems I've built for friends....and they're still speaking to me! Very solid case and great PSU! I ususally replace the fans and add another in the front so cooling is not an issue. You could always replace the case fans if/when they fail. Very good choice for your pc.

Cheers! 😎

Those cases are a very good choice..
I look at it this way.. any Antec case is a good choice!

I've got 2 of them and you can't go wrong with either. I think you're on track with the 430w psu and fans. Saves some money and good quality psu.
