Difference between AN7 and NF7-S v2????

Hi, my friend wanted to get a new mobo and was wondering what is the difference between these two Abit boards. Newegg has them listed exactly the same except for the audio. Ive also looked in stores and they both have the same specs. Thanks in advance.

AN7 is newer version of NF7-S
AN7 has nGuru and a new sound codec chip (ALC658).
