Difference Between A7V133 and A7V133-C

Hello all,

I recently saw a post talking about A7V133-C. I jumped on Asus' site to see the difference. The only thing I found find was the original A7V133 was rated for chips up to and including 1Ghz where as the A7V133-C is rated for 1.3+Ghz.

Are there any other differences? Thanks.

actually the supported cpu's is not even a difference, its just the lack of updating, they both will run the same cpu's

the dif is the -c is a lite version, it has the promise controller, but its like the original a7v(not a7v133), its not raid just ata100

i cant remember if there are any other differences or not if so they are small ones

hmmm conflicting info, after i posted my thread above this i wanted to make sure i was right. some info says the -c version doesnt even have the promise controller

other info says it has it, but its raid functions are disabled. and ive seen pics of a7v133-c's that had the controller and the 2 extra channels, and now i just saw a pic that didnt have it.

but either way the -c version is not the full funtioning a7v133
