Difference between a TNT2 and a TNT2 Ultra (core/memory)

I dont remember what the difference is between these 2 cards the speeds of the memory and the core clock...? Can anyone please list them...?

these are defaults according to Nvidia

Also TNT2 Pro: 143MHz core / 166MHz memory
TNT2 M64: 125MHz core / 150MHz 64-bit memory

Some of the last TNT2 Ultra's that were made, made use of the TNT2 Pro type chip (0.22um process rather than standard 0.25um) and were very overclockable.
