The mem on the 6200 won't ever reach the 900 mhz mem stock of the 6600 GT for AGP's, but I hear people pushing 700 mhz ram on the 6200. That's pretty impressive for a $115, this is brand new too.
BFG10K: Identical cards are you meaning same ram speed? If so then yes. However, usually with 256 mb versions if the ram is slower, the company usually puts the ram at the same speed as the 128 mb versions. Just for OC'ing it's tougher to reach the really high ram speeds.
