Difference b/w VisionTek and PNY versions of GeForce4 Ti4600?

Anyone could point out the differences between the VisionTek's and PNY's versions of GeForce4 Ti4600? Is there comparison/benchmark for the two makes?
I checked with Pricegrabber.com. It seems there is relatively big price gap between these two. Why is that?

If I want the very best, which one should I decide on?
