Difference among A64 & A64FX

FX is dual channel DDR and 940\939 pin socket, 64 is single channel and 754(?) pin socket.

EDIT: FX currently requires registered DDR too
 
I believe the "FX" is scheduled for release at the same time in the 940 pin flavor, and later on will be switched to 939 pins which may not require registered memory.
