Man, be careful of those Airline mileage programs and Membership reward points for CCs. it can become aditive and cause bad spending habits. I'm on my way to reach Premier status with United Airlines and i will do almost anything to get the miles i need. . .

What's the cap on all those cards?

I try to use Amex Business Platinum for my purchases and convert points to rapid rewards tickets

amex: earn rewards from costco purchases.
dividend MC: everyday purchases.
bankone visa: has a high balance/low interest rate for purchases I need to pay off over time, like tuition.

store cards: better % reward per dollar spent at store than using a regular card.

my amex has $3700, visa has $3800, dividend MC has $1200, my pacsun has $700 and my old navy has $500.

but i'm just a student at the moment. 🙂

I'm 21.

Applied for Citi Dividend Platinum Select Mastercard got like a 3K limit. Waiting in the mail.
American Express Blue have like 10K limit.
Visa Student card has like 6K limit.

Right now Universal AT&T is having a deal where you get 6% back on everything for 3 months. Theres a 300$ cut off per year. I'd go with this card if it didn't happen the day after I applied for the Citi Plat.

Discover Platinum on the cashback plan. Discover Classic doesn't get me jack yet. Visa Check is a check card, so I get interest on the balance. Visa Credit is on cashback. Visa Debit is cashback. Don't fvcking ask why I have 2 Discover cards and 3 Visa cards, 2 of which are debit. I can't really give you a straight answer.

AMEX Blue. I have about 25,000 points saved up since last June. That'll pay for a couple of meals on our honeymoon.
