Diff between Nikon D40X and D60

Have D40X . Is there an appreciable difference between D40X and D60?
Just curious.

Not really in terms of image quality. D60 is slightly faster and has some other features, but nothing big.

yeah biggest difference is the built in sensor shaking dust remover, badging, and of course bundled VR lens. IQ should be almost identical
