4 days a week of gym, moderated diet, I have lost 14 pounds...

I went to the gym 4 times a week.
I've upped it to 5-6 times now...and yes, I still play WOW regularly
I'm 5'9 and 210. you woudn't guess it though, I'm very broad shouldered and "thick"
even at 185, I still had a 38 waist, but my body fat was at 15% going from a few years ago when I was thin
