I'm not scientist, but g = 32 ft/sec^2 or 21.8 mph/sec, so at 1G you'd accellerate to approximately 36.4 mph in 1.67 second, meaning the answer to your question is 1.65G. But really I have no idea.

Anyone know what the new S7 twin turbo can do? I heard someone say it was faster than the bugatti as well, but I don't remember where. 750hp and light as a feather.

I doubt it...weight dont matter much at those speeds...and i think the saleen s7 has way too much downforce to reach that speed anyway.

Yeah, its not faster.

As for the car this thread is about, those are probably all theoretical figures. They're just trying to get press by saying they have a Veyron killer. It'll probably end up 3.5 0-60 because it can't get traction and top out at 235 because it becomes too unstable. This last fact has hurt a lot of cars that should've easily been able to best a McLaren F1, but they just didn't have the ultra high speed stability.

At first, I was going to defend it against being called an S7 ripoff, but it is a huge ripoff. That fact alone costs them a lot of credibility in my opinion.

If I had to choose a favorite supercar, it would be the Koenigsegg CCX. It weighs less than the S7, has more power, and I think looks better. Its a car that proves how difficult getting an extra few mph at those high of speeds can be. Theoretically it should be able to best the Veyron's top speed, but as Top Gear showed, it doesn't have enough stability at very high speeds (It was much worse and lower speed on Top Gear than it would be for top speed testing as they were in the middle of cornering which limited the traction of the tires).

Soo.... When are they letting The Stig drive it? Until then, I'm calling shens on their claims.
