Oh yeah. I'm just happy to have a job at this point. Glad I've got doing Web Design to back me up.

I wish. They told us we don't have to work Christmas Eve or New Years Eve, but that they were un-paid holidays. They also told us the Christmas Day and New Years Day are now un-paid holidays as well. AWESOME!

Nope. Our bonuses were already in the budget for 2008 so management elected to keep them. Our 2009 bonuses have been canceled though.

Normal bonus was axed, but everyone received a token sum: $500 for all regular staff, $750 for supervisors, and $1,000 for managers.

I'll take it, considering the economy, and particularly considering I am in finance.

Nope, they give us $1k cash inside a nice Lacquer photo caddy from pottery barn. No idea what to do with the caddy, but i'm happy with the cash to pay for gifts.

Unknonw as yet whether my law firms will be handing out bonuses this year. They say we are doing well, but they still have not handed the checks out yet. In years past we had them by the first week of December, so who knows.

Mine is paid mid-March. No word yet, but we are still accruing the expense and I work for a recession-proof (for the most part) company. Our bonus is pretty structured and is based primarily on cash flow. My company, as well as the industry, has tremendous cash flow, so I don't expect it to get cancelled. The overall rate may be lower than 100%, but we shouldn't eliminate it. I get 25% of my annual salary.
