He and Michael Moore spent the first half-hour of the program calling Bush (and for that matter, all Republicans) every childish name in the book (e.g., clown, moron, idiot, buffon, etc.).

moonbeam and jjsole would have loved it.

Ummm...not really. He was mainly complaining that Bush and the Republicans hate poor people and don't care one iota when they are suffering.
