I don't keep up with politics enough to vote in a minor election. I guess I could blindly vote for my preferred party.

There's always the other safe bet:
Write-ins. Chances are, the people who are running have probably been in office way too long anyway. Nothing like a good old vote-of-no-confidence. 😀

I mentioned to my girlfriend over breakfast that today is election day and of course neither of us has any idea what is even on the ballot. All we know is there are city elections.

Then I realized that because almost no one is going to vote, our votes will be worth tons more than they were a year ago. We might do some research tonight and head to the polls.

yes, against all incumbents. which means i voted almost all republican even though I think of myself as a democrat

big day here in VA. i'll be voting after work. i'm voting for the most conservative candidate regardless of party. :thumbsup; for lower taxes.

voted on my way into work this morning.

I was surprised at how crowded the place was, considering it's an off-year election... I had to park almost a full block away.

Not today, but I did vote by absentee ballot. Mostly just local politics though, like county executive, NYS Supreme Court judges, 2 ballot initiatives regarding county stuff, Town council members and what not.... nothing Federal.
