No, there were a lot of people on the ballot I knew nothing about, and rather than support them just because of their party affiliation, I just didn't vote for anyone. I'm a democrat, and for national offices that's usually fine, but for state and especially local offices, party is no indication of whether or not a candidate supports my views.

And if you vote a straight ticket, you're probably voting in some whackjobs in state and local offices.
