Did you swtich to Geico

I didn't try that aspect but I did save money by switching to Geico.

I switched to Geico about a year ago. You mean they offer additional discounts based on affiliations? Hmm...I should check into this....

Yup, they did. Got a discount for (IIRC) being a Golden Key member.

I've been with Geico since 1987 - My mom was a University professor so I got in on the down low.

They sent me an email asking for a copy of my transcript so I could keep my student discount I sent it to them and they haven't bothered me since.

my policy was up for renewal a couple weeks ago so i get my new statements etc etc

today i get a revised policy statement, they dropped my rate by about 15% !!!!!!!!!!!!111

i have been with them since 1987, they knocked ~$80 off my 6 month bill just for being with them so long or whatever reason
